Which nutrients can give more stamina and energy?

Minerals for more energy


A simple way to gain access to more energy is to add easily absorbable minerals. You get both a quick effect and a long-term effect if you take the minerals regularly. Especially magnesium* and potassium are important for recovery. Sodium is also important if you have been stressed for a long time or exercise a lot.

These products can help balance mineral levels in the body:

Sufficient serotonin is also required for adrenal hormone to dock into the cells. All of this requires vitamin B, especially B6.
