We apply the Distance Contracts Act, which means that you as a customer have the right to a 14-day right of withdrawal and can return products without a special reason. Products such as Rosita CLO Liquid, Probiotics and food items that require refrigeration are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Contact our customer service at info@naturshopen.se to have the return approved and a return shipping slip sent to you. The goods must be returned in unchanged condition and original packaging. As a customer, you are responsible for the return cost.

We do not have a maximum or minimum amount you must trade for. But if you shop for SEK 500 or more, we offer free shipping options.

Naturshopen sends orders to all European countries

It is possible to come to our warehouse in Lidingö to pick up orders.

The delivery and dispatch time depends on your zip code and selected shipping method. Within Sweden, it usually takes 1-2 days, but we usually ship all orders the same day. Abroad, UPS takes about 2-3 days, but it depends entirely on the place of delivery.

Naturshopen uses Postnord's eco-labelled deliveries within Sweden.

For deliveries within Europe, Naturshopen uses UPS as the standard choice, but we also use DHL and FEDEX.
