Prices and payment

Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.

Naturshopen Sweden AB uses Shopify Payments as a payment service, Shopify Payments offers a number of different payment methods. Shopify Payments will collect personal data about you in connection with payment.

Right of withdrawal

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to
it must be clear to us that you are sorry. The cooling-off period begins
the day you received the goods or a substantial part of them.

Cookies

This online store uses cookies in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act, July 25, 2003. A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer and which contains information to help the online store identify and track users. Cookies exist as session cookies and as cookies that are permanently stored on your computer. During your first visit to

Deliveries

The delivery time is specified in the shopping cart under the respective shipping method. Naturshopen uses Postnord. We normally deliver all orders within 1-2 working days. Unclaimed packages are charged SEK 299 (SEK).

If the customer wishes to resend a shipment that has been returned to Naturshopen.se, the customer will be charged SEK 99. Contact customer service +468-769 01 91 to receive a new shipment. Free shipping on all orders over SEK 500 (SEK).

International orders EU area:

Naturshopen uses DHL, UPS to deliver packages around Europe. We usually use UPS as a logistics partner and with home delivery directly to the customer and not to the delivery point. The shipping cost is from 11 EUR but depending country and place. We have free shipping throughout the EU on orders over 200 EUROS. Delivery time is approximately 2-5 days, UPS collects packages daily from our own warehouse.

International orders Norway and non-EU countries:

Naturshopen uses UPS and DHL as logistics partners and to non-EU countries there is no free shipping limit on orders. VAT, VAT and customs costs are included in our shipping prices and no other costs shall be added.

Returns

You always have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Act (2005:59) on distance contracts and agreements outside business premises ("distance contracts act"). Returns are at your own expense, except if the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. When you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return products in unopened, unbroken packaging. The deadline for the right of withdrawal is calculated from the time you received the item. You must also clearly inform us that you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal. You can also choose to fill in a special form for this, which you can find via this link .

Repayment obligation:

We shall, if you have exercised your right of withdrawal, repay what you have paid for
the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received it
the item. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods.
