What makes Moya special?

All matcha is JAS organic and comes from the Uji region — where matcha culture has been cultivated for over 800 years. The tea leaves are shaded three weeks before harvest, which increases the chlorophyll and L-theanine content. It is then ground in traditional stone mills, a process that gives it its characteristic vibrant green color and umami taste. The accessories are handmade in Japan by traditional artisans.
