Rosita cod liver oil is very good both in bottle and capsules. This time it was capsules. Easier to handle if you have to travel.

I bought "Raw Nature Natural Deodorant - Vanilla, Coconut for Sensitive Skin". I'm very sensitive to deo, basically can't use any at all. Perfumed is out of the question - must be without perfume and often I can't even handle that, even if it is so-called allergy-free.
I love this product it helps balance my potassium and sodium and doesn't contain any nasty ingredients. Many supplements contain citric acid which gives me a migraine. I prefer the capsules over the powder as its easier to not spoil the product. i empty out the capsules into my glass of water.
