EPA and DHA contribute to the normal functioning of the heart. DHA contributes to maintaining normal brain function and normal vision. We add a small amount of rosemary oil and vitamin E. Vitamin E that we use in our products is a full-spectrum vitamin that contains alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocopherols. The source of vitamin E is a non-GMO sunflower extract from Denmark.

The ingredients that make up the soft gels are fish gelatin, purified water, glycerin. We do not use artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. Our oil is naturally Soy, Gluten and Dairy free.

Recommended Dosage:
Adults: 3 capsules daily or as needed. Taken with food.

AS you well know, the delivery experience was convuluted in the extreme. I now have the product, but I should get a medal for all I've been through to get it. so I hope the product is unharmed for having sat for 5=6 days prior to delivery. I recommend use of a different delivery outfit. They delivered far from where I live, and you know the problems with the pickup. We will go forward with caution.
